At teemaker. operated by SEW FAB, every product is made specifically for each customer based on the selected size, colour, design, text, logo, or artwork. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on teemaker. are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Customised or personalised T-shirts
• Dry Fit T-shirts
• Printed apparel
• Bulk or corporate custom orders
• Orders where the customer has selected the wrong size, colour, or design
• Incorrect text, spelling, or artwork provided by the customer
• Change of mind after placing the order
• Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

Once production or printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product,
• A defective product, or
• A product different from what you ordered due to our error,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may provide a replacement at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
